Returns

Eligibility

• Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing returns.
• Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Ladies’ bags and perfumes are excluded from our return policy and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Return Process

• Initiate a Return: Contact us at valencia@valenciashoes.ae with your order details to initiate a return.
• Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).

Shipping Costs:

• Returns within the UAE: Free of charge.
• Returns outside the UAE: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility

• Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank.
• If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at valencia@valenciashoes.ae.

Exchanges

• Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange.
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

• Different Sizes: Customers can exchange products for a different size or different items can be selected from our website within 7 days.
